Designing a Performance Management Strategy to Retain Employees in an IT Consulting Startup

In today’s competitive business environment, attracting and retaining top talent is a significant challenge. Developing an excellent employer branding strategy that aligns with effective performance management critical to achieving these objectives. Regular appraisal one measure can enhance employee engagement by providing clarity about roles responsibilities. Indonesia expected face shortage of nine million skilled semi-skilled professionals between 2018 2030. Retaining employees crucial, factors such as compensation, development opportunities, collaboration, workload, feedback are performance. A proposed for the IT Consulting Startup includes developing objectives, differentiated regular feedback. By implementing recommendations, startup retain talent, create positive workplace culture, drive organizational success.
